At Schaefer Outfitter, we stand behind the quality of our American-made ranchwear and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, we offer a straightforward 30-day return and exchange policy on all unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is authorized, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your package is tracked correctly.

• 3.
  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact, and affix the return shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
